United Through Sports (UTS) is an alliance of many organisations and people working together through sports, to bring inclusion, unity and equality to the world.

UTS brings people together working towards unified goals which place youth at the centre. Together we take positive steps forward towards reducing challenges including discrimination and inequality.

We organise different events in which youth, sport and education are central. We unite to ensure that every child has an opportunity on the playing field of life.

UTS was invited to collaborate with the Ju-jitsu International Federation 30 April 2022 as a part of their virtual event “Ju-Jitsu and Sport for Development: Essential Toolkits for All Community Ju-Jitsu Projects.” JJIF provided an academic series of free webinars to share and discuss the basics of creating and running a sustainable development project in Ju-Jitsu. Four sessions were held focusing on the pillars of JJIF: Protection, Inclusion, Empowerment, and the SDGs in the context of sport and development. UTS is proud of the growing community of youth who play an active and central role across every aspect and every event. Imani Cintado O’ Donavan joined the UTS family in 2018 and has remained a key contributor to many events as a young leader. LAUSANNE, Switzerland – The President of SportAccord Ivo Ferriani and Executive Committee unanimously decided to cancel the SportAccord World Sport & Business Summit, 15-20 May 2022 in Ekaterinburg, Russia. This also confirms the cancellation of the SportAccord Sports Festival powered by UTS. Under the current circumstances, it is with much anguish that the festival will not be held this year. UTS and the Local Organising Committee worked over the last few years to develop a tremendously innovative youth program that was to bring youth of all abilities to the heart of the city to engage in sport and education.
