International Paralympic Committee Press Release Reveals UTS World Virtual Youth Festival Finalists

United Through Sports (UTS) World Virtual Youth Festival finalists for the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) ‘Inclusive Sports’ Challenge have been confirmed on 5 November following a review process by an expert panel of seven judges. A total number of 138 applications from across all regions in the world were received for both the under-12 and under-18 categories during the two-week long application period. Youngsters needed to film themselves performing an exercise routine of their choice for 60 seconds maximum. The project was launched to promote life skills, social cohesion and a safe and inclusive learning environment for youth. UTS President, Stephan Fox stated, “The partnership and cooperation between Right To Play and United Through Sports is an important one. We have seen, firsthand, the transformational impact Right To Play has had on the lives of Youth.” We are looking forward to welcome the amazing talent Right To Play’s team will bring as they have already registered over 30 participants from their projects into the United Through Sports World Virtual Youth Festival.
