LAUSANNE, Switzerland – International Sports Federations were praised this morning for setting an inspirational example over the past year, as leaders at the International Federation (IF) Forum 2021 underlined the importance of solidarity across the global sports movement. In the Opening Address at the fully virtual event 25 May the International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach reserved special praise for IFs in a timely update on preparations for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. On the 10th of April Ju-Jitsu launched their “Ju-Jitsu for Good” program of working towards “a better world through Ju-jitsu” via an online Conference.  Sport can significantly impact individuals, communities and societies through the transformation of lives. IPF & UTS SIGN MOU

Recently the IPF and United Through Sports (UTS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen the cooperation in developing sport for underprivileged young sports kids as well as for people with a handicap.
