United Through Sports (UTS) is an alliance of many organisations and people working together through sports, to bring inclusion, unity and equality to the world.

UTS brings people together working towards unified goals which place youth at the centre. Together we take positive steps forward towards reducing challenges including discrimination and inequality.

UNITING FOR CHANGE AT UNGA78 New York, USA – United Through Sports (UTS) had the honour of being invited to participate in a high-level event during the 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA78). UTS CEO, Julia Govinden, was invited by Mission 89 to actively engage in a crucial panel discussion with collaborative efforts aimed at combating human trafficking of youth in sports. Potsdam, Germany – On September 10, 2023, history was made as the city of Potsdam played host to the inaugural “Inklusiv Gewinnt Potsdam” event, an extraordinary celebration of inclusivity and unity through sports. This groundbreaking occasion saw Olympic, Paralympic, and Special Olympics athletes come together, competing side by side. With over 4,000 enthusiastic visitors in attendance at the venue, Sportpark Luftschiffhafen, it was a day filled with remarkable achievements, shared joy, and the promise of a more inclusive future. Slovenia – During the Youth World Championships Savate and World Cup held 22-25 June, the International Savate Federation (FISav) and United Through Sports signed a Memorandum of Understanding. FISav is a member of the AIMS umbrella group amongst 21 international federations under the leadership of President Stephan Fox. AIMS works to strengthen each sport, share knowledge, and works in close cooperation with the IOC towards receiving full IOC recognition.
