Mission 89 and United Through Sports Launch Global Campaign To Combat Trafficking in Persons and Safeguard Children in Sport

Geneva, July 30, 2025 – To mark the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, two leading nonprofit organizations have jointly launched The Line We Don’t Cross, a global campaign to raise awareness of child exploitation, abuse and trafficking in sport.  The initiative is led by Mission 89 official ambassador and professional footballer Ashleigh Plumptre. UTS Joins FISU at the 2025 World University Games in Germany

Dusseldorf, Germany: This week, the FISU World University Games 2025 officially opened with a spectacular ceremony in Germany’s Rhine-Ruhr region. The multi-city event began with a grand celebration of youth and sport, marking the start of the most sustainable and inclusive edition of the World University Games to date.
