AIMS/UTS PRESIDENT VISITS UZBEKISTAN

The National Olympic Committee and the Sports Ministry of Uzbekistan invited AIMS/UTS President Mr. Stephan Fox to discuss future cooperation. Mr. Fox was picked up by the Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Mr. Sherzod Tashmatov and visited the beautiful Uzbekistan National Olympic Committee building. The Minister of Sports Mr. Adham Ikramov welcomed Mr. Fox at the NOC and discussed the future cooperation between UTS and other opportunities. UTS was invited to collaborate with the Ju-jitsu International Federation 30 April 2022 as a part of their virtual event “Ju-Jitsu and Sport for Development: Essential Toolkits for All Community Ju-Jitsu Projects.” JJIF provided an academic series of free webinars to share and discuss the basics of creating and running a sustainable development project in Ju-Jitsu. CANCELLATION OF SPORTACCORD WORLD SPORT & BUSINESS SUMMIT

LAUSANNE, Switzerland – The President of SportAccord Ivo Ferriani and Executive Committee unanimously decided to cancel the SportAccord World Sport & Business Summit, 15-20 May 2022 in Ekaterinburg, Russia.  This also confirms the cancellation of the SportAccord Sports Festival powered by UTS.
