Who we are, who leads us, and what we stand for
United Through Sports (UTS) is an international youth sports organisation creating opportunities through sport, education and major sporting events. Learn about our leadership, governance and safeguarding policies.
Youth development through sport, accessibility and participation
Sport brings young people from different backgrounds and abilities together to learn, develop leadership skills and make their voices heard. UTS prepares young leaders to contribute to discussions at major sporting events and on issues that affect their future.
Young people with and without disabilities take part together, with accessibility built into the same assemblies, panels and events. This approach makes participation part of a shared experience rather than separating young people into different activities.
The values behind our work
The foundation of UTS is based on 4 key values:
Inclusion
We believe in a world where our diversity should be celebrated. With a united and active approach, we ensure all youth have access and opportunities towards a healthy lifestyle and well-being.
Equality
We believe gender, race, orientation, culture, religion and our beliefs should not limit access to sports, social activities and opportunities. Humankind should be given equal opportunity.
Non-discrimination
We ensure the human rights of youth are protected and exercised without discriminaton of any kind.
Peace promotion
We advocate for world peace through respect for one another, encouraging tolerance, harmony and equal participation in our events regardless to culture or identity.
